I like using the templates from JoomlaShine. They are easy to customize mobile ready. And they all use the same map.

Each of there templates uses the same map and shows all the module positions. The modules give you the flexibility in design telling what information you want on what page. The red arrow shows where the articles (pages of the website) go. The rest are module positions.
